Four artisan cheeses (including our rich and decadent 8-Year-Aged Cheddar) make a perfect pairing for a classic mustard from Mustard and Co., blueberry jalapeño jam from Beloit's own Bushel and Peck, and Wisconsin-made organic crackers. For dessert, we include bite-sized caramels handmade in our home region of northern Wisconsin. These are our favorite items in our collection, and we think you'll love them too.

• Mindful Packing & Shipping
  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.
